What Past Students Have said Concerning this Course?         BACK TO TOP
The training was superior, and Don has always made himself available to me on many occasions to coach me through the tuff spots, help with marketing and the technical stuff as well. His compassion and caring nature for our small company goes beyond what I imagined. Shirley, Riverside, California

Its been hard getting my bio cleaning company off the ground but I have stayed with it now for more than three years and I am finally making headway. I couldn't have done this without help from this course and what it taught me. Don and I have worked on a couple of projects together since we are in close geographicaly and he is only a phone call away. Chistopher, Heartland Bio-Cleaning Services, Omaha, NE

I have taken this course twice now and will be sending another employee to the course this year. Through this course and with Don's encouragement to go foward on a job I had an opportunity for but felt it was out of my league, I made a massive amount of money off of this one invioce for a highly specialized field in the last year. I can't thank him enough for his help and encouragement it has made all the difference in my business. Steve, Colorado Spring, CO

Don, I can't tell you how much you have helped my business. This service has helped in increasing our revenues and given us a position like no other company in our area. I would do anything for you because you have always been there for us from day one. Enrique, Albuquerque, NM (Special Note: Enrique was the bio cleaning technical advisor for the dark comedy movie "Sunshine Cleaning Company" concerning this industry and they used the name of his company for the company in the movie. How cool is that. I'm so jealous Enrique but great work.)

I can't tell you how much I enjoyed this class. Your teaching style is so smooth and it is obvious you have a passion concerning this service and a real desire to teach others. The information was invaluable. Thank you for coming out to train our companies. Bill, ServPro, Oregon

I would recommend this class to anyone wanting to learn this industry. You have helped us over the years. Keith Brown, Central Iowa Carpet Care, Marion, IA

I have taken two other courses of study and your material and teaching was truly superior to the others and you have always returned my phone calls in a very timely manner to help me out. I can't think of another coach who would do that for their students without extra fees. Dave, Elite Services, Pensacola, FL

Don, I have never taken your course, but I did want to thank you for the information you helped me with and I think your web site is awesome, with all the information you have placed there for the public. If I decide to get into this course I will be coming to you. Bill, Jefferson, MO

I wanted to drop you a note to let you know how pleased we are with the Bio Technician Certification Course our employees recently completed. We have already completed several jobs that required the skills the staff was taught in the course, and it made a huge difference in both their approach to the work and their comfort level in doing the tasks required. We are incorporating your ideas into our marketing plan and have already received great response. Overall, I can't say enough good things about the class, and I welcome you to use our company as a reference considering this field.
Mary Jane Brindemour, Operations Manager, Disaster Specialist, Sandwich, Massachusetts

This is a great class, I can tell you love teaching this stuff and what you bring to the table is great.
Dinner with Dave Keiner, Yellow Van Cleaning, Kearney, NE

Don, we've been doing this work for several years now, but I'm so glad I came to the class because there are many things we discussed in class that I never thought about. I know now I can go back with confidence and train my people and do a better job.
Terron Mercer, LICRA Nashville, Nashville, TN

I'm here taking the class because the employee that had the actual training left our company and we thought it was important to have the trainer trained directly by you. I have seen this video several times during our training sessions on VHS but I want to purchase the DVD it will make it easier to show during training
Chuck Carnagey, Oklahoma Disaster, Restoration, & Cleaning Specialist, Tulsa, OK

Mr. McNulty, Thank you for helping me with my MBA project. Your help was priceless and made my job of putting this altogether so much easier. Your obvious knowledge and passion for this industry, I'm sure, cannot be matched. I will send you a copy of my mock business plan once I find out my grade.

Final Grade reported on February 21, 2006: A

Miland Kothari - Graduate Assistant Whitman School of Management

(Personal note to Miland and friends - Thanks for the kind words, it was a great time talking to you and your friends on this task, God speed on your future endeavors.)

Don's business acumen and experience would be hard to match or at least exceed for those in this industry. His wealth of knowledge coupled with his abilities to deliver that knowledge to others in a precise and entertaining manner with passion, some humor and understanding of what it takes to do this work is always well received. You would do well by yourself to take this specific course if you want to do this work. Micheal, New York, NY

A PERSONAL NOTE From Don       BACK TO TOP
I am so grateful for all of you allowing me the privilege of training you. It is true, "the teacher is the true student", and my continued success and ever growing knowledge base comes from my prolonged contact with all of you. Please, each one of you stay in touch, drop me a line, or call and let me know how things are going in your business and life. I would love to have you to share your stories with me. If you ever need help...call. I have many friends now all over the world and if I can't help you - I usually know someone who can. Please know my prayers are with you and I want only the best for you in anything you decide that is good to do.

Is The Test Hard?        BACK TO TOP
I can't tell you how many times I've heard this question. We all so stress out when it comes time to take a test. Let me answer in this way; we have one test that is open book and open note and the average time to take the test is about one and one half hours. Most people pass the test in the eighty percentile range. It is not a walk in the park but it is not so hard that you should stress over it. Out of over 4400 technicians who have taken the test only two have failed at the time of this writing July 2008. We have another test that is more like an IICRC test with 140 questions all multiple choice. This test is a closed book, closed note, it is a little harder than the first test but all have past who have taken this test. The testing is nothing more than a gage a teacher uses to see if you have gotten the material being presented. Everyone knows you will not retain everything you learned in class, no one does, but that is why I offer free couching for a year afterwards, to help reinforce what you have learned.
